Wrong communication about tariff

I was informed via mail that, i'll get 600 minutes of local talk time, 200 minutes of STD and 200 sms free with my monthly rental of 149/-. They have charged me as per following: call rates for local is 50 p so it will be 300 mins free (in effect Rs.600 free not 600 min). This completely misleading information given out.
