Deduction of the prepaid charges

Hi...

As mentioned to above subject my prepaid charges are deducted more than I used. My number is 9004794694.As well as for no. of times inspite dialling *121# I m not getting proper service of displaying the balance. As well as after deduction too, I m not getting the display thing. Due to this its very inconvenient. I want my unnecessary prepaid charges deducted back.
