Charged for not received call on International roming

Hi i am Twinkal. now i am in australia and i am on international roaming. my Australian number is 6143134159. i am using Vodafone india prepaid sim card. its number is 919712138374. since last 2 week i am getting charged for receiving calls. but actually i am not receiving any calls and sometimes i am not gitting any calls, but still company charging me Rs. 27 for every calls. it shows on my mobile that i have talk for 0.04 second in all the calls. when i have talk with some mother fucker of vodafone customer care they all told me its not our fault its your fault. our system shows that you have received phone call so you got charged and you will not get refund for this. she is also keep apologies for this. they are not giving me any detail about any calls which i have been charged even after verified all of their questions. can someone please help me to solve this issue these fuckers or give me any contact number for someone who can help me in this matter. my email id is Tmrupareliya@yahoo.com
