Validity of Days deducted on rs 26 gprs plan

Sir/Mam,

My mobile number is 8757799873. I recharged for rs. 30 on 13/06. And i converted my recharge amound into a gprs pack of rs. 26 with validity of 5 days on 14/06 at 12:24 a.m. That's new day and i was shocked to know that airtel activated my pack on 13/O6 as per a IVR message i received. When i contacted airtel they said me that it was not their fault. But i could not understand that when i activated it on 14-06 at 12:24 p.m. Then why they are showing that the service has been activated a day ago. They show that your validity is till 17/06 instead it should be 18/06. Sir, I have activated many gprs packs before this i have never done a mistake on activating and i have also never complaint about but today i was made to complaint by airtel, i suerly say, it's their fault. They have also given the message that your pack has been activated at 14/06 but they count from 13/06. Please sir, let you help me get my validity of days that is 5 instead of 4 i.e. 14/06 to 18/06. Sir, Please Solve before 18/06 so that i can make use of my validity.
