Loan taken by somebody else

Dear Sir,

I have taken a new mobile no. 9891428089 two years back. Since then i am receiving phone calls from Citi Bank every week in respect of loan taken by somebody else. I have been requesting them every time that this number is with me now and they should locate the person at his address and not to call me again and again. But they are not listening to it and every week a new person keeps me calling regarding the loan taken by somebody else.

They also do not give me details of the person whom I can contact and get any clarifications for not deleting this telephone numbers from their record.

Please do something.
