Telephone call harrasement for LOAN repayment

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am getting at least minimum 5 to 10 calls per week from CITI financial chennai (T.Nagar branch office).

Asking me to repay the loan amount. But the thing is I never availed any loan or having account in CITI bank. Daily they used to call me and ask for Mr. Palaniappan. I dont know about this (Mr. Palaniappan) person at all.

I even politely replied the above things to customer care executives but they didnt mind at all. Still this second I am getting this unsolicited phone calls. This history continues for past one year.

Following are the phone numbers (5 nos.) I used to receive from these CITI financials.

My patience are almost gone and my next step is to register FIR against this organization.

I am requesting at the knees of the respected authorities, to take an action this and make me free from this unsolicited calls.
