Un necessary repeated telephone calls

Sir,

I took loan from citi financial loan which clears every month on 5th through electronic clearence without fail. There was no suffecient amount in my account due to situations i.c.w. telengana bundhs etc., at Hyderabad. The same was informed when received call from 08030910300 & 08067898400 and as i was advised by them, i could deposit the same on 11.12. which was cleared on 12.12.2009.

But, regarding some others' information i have been receiving calls from the aforesaid telephone nos till 09.12.09 till date, at least 5-10 calls a day. Among those calls 75% are unansered (from their side) or put on hold etc., which is very much disturbing and creating mental agony to me while descharging my duties in the Office (I am a Central Govt. Employee, working as Section Officer, Urdu Univeristy, Hyderabad)

Please help in this regard.
