NO CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE

Dear Sirs,

We have a Corporate account in the name of Cobra Indian Beer Private Limited and have three Blackberry Vodafone service instruments.

We are supposed to have a relationship Manager, who has not been responding to our complaint calls for the past 4 months!!

Vodafone continuosly deactivates phones inspite of taking cash payments from us and do not activate the phones again!!

This SCAM must be addresed or the next step would be court orders against Vodafone.
