Activation of prepaid numbe

I have subscribed the airtel prepaid no. for my communication in State Orissa about one month ago. After one week of activation, my mobile no 09938116804 is deactivated and the reason told that i have not submitted the all document but the fact is that i have already submitted the all concerning document.By the way i again submitted the all document in the airtel office by myself, but still the situation is same. I know that if you people will not take action immidiately then theywill be looser because i am going to take some other company prepaid number but not now Airtel.
