A story of " YOU" and "me"
They have collected a refundable amount of Rs.- and provided me internet service. I was never happy with the speed and sent termination request on mail, on net and also through call center. All these happened in Oct'07. But they keep billing me till today (May'08).
I keep getting paper bills till Jan'08 and phone reminders to make the payment. After my calls to customer care, paper bills and phone reminders stopped.
Surprisingly, the e-mail bills keep coming and SMS reminders continuous even multiple reminders to great customer care of "YOU".
I never worried about the loss of Rs.-. But I am disturbed and embarassed by this remainders which keep coming to me.
"YOU", please pardon me for getting connection from "YOU"
Pay me or not but please leave me to live at peace.
