Sub: prepaid balance deduction

I am using Vodafone for the past one month on 2/5, I have recharge my mobile number with 100 top up and for internet I have recharged this with 123 at the same time recharged massage was received on my mobile about the recharge and my recharge was successful but on 3/05 I am having minus 20 balance on my mobile, I asked this about customer care, on first time one man told that you have used Vodafone mobile for using internet browsing but you have to use Vodafone live to asses internet, and on next time I called to customer care the next fellow told me that it is an mistake the money will be credited to you in 24 hours, after that he connected the phone line to internet assistant he told me some setting I have set to that, and after that I recharged my mobile with 100 but on 4/5 my account balance was minus 4

Now only one thing I want to know Vodafone is only one company in India or

1) Vodafone live

2) Vodafone Live

3) Vodafone mobile

4) Vodafone India

In what setting I have to access internet by a single company even though I have recharge with 98, 123 buster pack for internet
