Rs 15 chraged for airtel talk to me service with out customers knowledge

The Airtel Andhra Pradesh is really bad. They automatically charge the customers who have more balance in their prepaid mobile by registering to some nonsense service like talk to me service with out the customers knowledge. When the customer calls the customer care then no one correctly answers the customers complaints. They simply blame the customers, they dont give any convincing answer nor accept their mistake. They say they are transferring the call to their supervisor and that will be on hold for unlimited time where the customers will be charged.

This is a absolute nonsense service from Airtel
