Fraud in issuing in Mobile Numbers

I have opted for two mobile numbers of TATA DOCOMO from the list of mobile numbers sent by COMVOIS executives at the rate of Rs. 150.00 each from Comvois Agency.

The COMVOIS agency executive have handed over the SIM cards on 20-12at around 12:30 pm saying that the selected mobile numbers will be activated by end of the day and collected Rs. 300.00 for SIM cards and Rs. 20.00 for delivering the SIM's.

After inserting the SIM cards in my mobile and found that some other mobile numbers have been activated. Immediately I have call the executive and informed the same for which they said that the problem will be rectified soon. But there was no corrective response from them. I have written an email to them and TATA DOCOMO customer care explaining the same.

The COMVOIS executives are not responding to the phone call not replying to the emails. No response from COMVOIS.

I humbly request you to take necessary action against the COMVOIS agency and help me in getting the actual mobile numbers.
