Reliance GSM Post Paid Sim

Dear Sir,

I would like to bring to your notice that I bought a Reliance GSM Post Paid Sim from Connect India on 2nd Feb.

I was Promised that the sim card would get actvated in 24hrs from (2-2) which did not happen till date (11-2).

I have been asked to cntact to many number of people to activate the Sim still no response.

I would like to file a leagal complain of Forgery (Cheating) I am confused with the IPC sections whether I have to raise under IPC138, IPC 415, IPC420.
