Unsolicited VAS!

I am an Airtel prepaid subscriber. I have not opted for missed calls alert which is a value added service. Still, every time I recharge, the company is charging me Rs 15/- and the same is deducted from my talktime balance amount. Complaints on its customer service number fetched no results.
