Phone getting disconnected 2 times a month for more than 10 days

My phone gets disconnected 2 times a month for around 10 days. You should be happy if it get up in such a quick time. This will happen only after going from pillar to post for many times. This is happening for the last 1.5 years. See how patient i am.
