Customer care is not working

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that i am Sk. Tarif my number is 9836151293. i am not been able to contract with Vodafone Customer Care since one year, only two or three times i am able to contract with customer care but several time when i tray to call to customer care from IVR i am gating other option but not gating any option to connect customer care. so when i faced any problem regarding making call or sms then not been able to gate solution. That why some time i have to bear loss in my business. so kindly look into this mater.
