Stop Distrubing call from Vodafone

Dear Sir / Madam,

I Mr. Siba Prasad Sethi, from bhubanesar odisha, last few months I have using Vodafone services. Last few days i am facing lot problem in my Vodafone services.

Date 16-12 automatically deducted Rs 30 Rupees in my Vodafone account balance. Subject is. Activated Learn English Services but that services i don’t have choose any learn English services, but how it is possible automatically activated, that day i have compliant in Vodafone customer care but nothing any action.

Date 17-12 Evening as some problem automatically activated Bhakti Sagar Service.

This type of problem facing in Vodafone services and lost money automatically deducted in my Vodafone account.

I want stop this type is problem and regular free disturbing call form Vodafone (977) also free SMS.
