Daily Balance Deduction

My main balance is getting deducted by Rs 1 daily. I had complain several times, they says "It will be deactivated in 4 hours" or "Send VAS to 125" or call 15523 to stop it" and "they can't deactivate it from there end". Any of these statements are not working. My balance is keep deducting from 02-July to 17-July till date.
