Customer care executives are not responding

Respected authority, I am a customer of airtel and using the connection of airtel since last one year and i call to customer care when i want to know about the new offers and for that they restricted me to call customer care and now my number is blocked and i cannot able to call customer care since last 3 months and i am complaining for this again and again after they are telling that yes we will do that within 72 hours and still 3 month passed they still not activated the service. If i am using airtel and i couldnot able to call customer care then it will worth less for me to take connection fron such service provider and recently on dated 7th of november i activated a services named tunie talk but now i cannot able to deactivated that.
So i request you for proper justice if any action can be took palce then i will be thankful to you.
