Poor speed in airtel internet

I am a Airtel customer from the last month onwards. i changed my operator from reliance gsm to Airtel gsm by using MNP facility in the belief of Airtel service. the Airtel Peoples given me the 64k sim. On that day i activated the mobile internet pack . but the speed of the Airtel Internet is utterly poor... when i was using reliance i got nearly 30kb downloading speed connected with PC. But now am getting only 3.2kb downloading speed. i dont know how it is happening.. dear my mobile operator please help me to get good internet facility with good speed...

Am waiting for the reply from the Airtel team...
