BSNL Exchange
My exchange still does not provide with broadband services

I am registering this complaint under frustration on the services available from BSNL telecommunications.

I have applied for a broadband connection at my nearest service provider (vaniyamkulam BSNL exchange) For a broad band connection for about six or more months. I haven't yet received a connection. Its a pity that the largest service provider cant look forward for a connection so seriously. My nearest exchange i.e Ottapalam exchange provides for the connection to everyone who applies for it within 1 month... Still our exchange has not replied for my application...
