Not get full facility which was said

I had bought a reliance prepaid simcard from a reliance shopkeeper for Rs. 300/- he said to get the whole life incoming, 10 rs talk time and 195 rs stv tariff. After activation i did not get a95 stv facility now he is saying that it is not my fault its company fault. He said that simcards last date is 31.july.2008 n i had submitted all formalities on 30. july so what i have to do now. Plz help me my new no. is 9305251434!
