Delay in attending the netconnection

We have sought for a broad band connection for the residential premises situated at T-72, Kovaipudur, Coimbatore-641 042, Tamilnadu, by specifically mentioning the reason that the connection is required to attend some TOP PRIPORITY work pertainning to USA and the same is to be carried out during night hours. With thousands of assurances and promises your staff received Rs.2, 200 /- as the charges and promised to give connection within a week's time. Connection was said to be given and it was not functioning at all. The technical staff who is residing at Kovaipudur which is half a kilometre away from the premises of installation is not bothered to visit even inspite of repeated reminders over phone. His supervisor was also informed about the nature and urgency of the work to be carried out but the effort went in vain. The work to be attended to a client at USA was VERY BADLY AFFECTED for the negligence and irresponsibility attitude of a GREAT ORGANISATION in our Country. At least by this complaint we feel that some remeditial measures will be initiated to rectify the mistakes and to save the prestige of the Organisation.
