RS.80/-CHARGED AIRTEL LIVE CONNECTION

I have bought nokia phone and taken airtel connection

on 6th july. on 20/7/08, i have received message for

airtel live connection. i have searched the same in my

mobile.

on 20.7.08, i have deducted rs.50/- and on 21.7.08

rs.30/- deducted from my prepaid amount of rs.198/-.

Total -rs.80/- deducted unnecessarily from my account.

i have contacted customer care, they dont bother

for proper answer for my call. i have written letters

to airtel nodal officers and appeleate officers and there is no

response from your end. I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY

LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND SOLVE THE ISSUE
