PHONE BILL NOT RECEIVE

Dear Sir,

I want to launch a complain against the BSNL, because we have taken a phone connection on my company name in Dec09 but till date we have not receive any manual bill of our landline no. 0124-2214011

We have visited many times to their exchange in sec-37 & sec-18 but no one is ready to give response enfect they are not ready to our call details which we have done, for last two months bill amount is very huge and we can not able that huge amount with our calls details, so that is why we must required the bill details of our landline bill, I am branch manager of gurgaon in Delex India Cargo Pvt Ltd. being a branch manager the entire presurre is comes on me, and in this regard BSNL behieaver is very bad.

Pls do some thing if you can
