Illegal disconnection

WE are working in a Project site of Jindal power at Tamnar, Raigarh, India. We have taken about 41 connections from Reliance. Till date there is no payment pending against us. Inspite of that Reliance has abruptly disconnected about 30 lines citing reason for ouncing of Cheque no 169476 amounting Rs.31, 767 .Payment against the cheque drawn on SBI, Tamnar was cleared way back on 30.05.2008. We have the bank statement with us. Phone lines are disconnected for last one day causing immense inconvenience to us. There is no response from Reliance. We are thinking of suing them.
