Terrible company

I have taken duplicate sim card on 11/08 and i assured it will activate by evening.

My Mobile number : 9901082189

sim no: 200-4599-5296

I have very important calls with this number and i can not change my number. For activation it will take hardly 2 hours... but why taking days first This is totally unacceptable service from Airtel. Pl take necessary this rectify the issue.
