Sim deactivation

I had been using airtel simcard for last 5 years, suddenly oneday this sim got deactivated. During this time i was out of country for 3 months. when i complained this to airtel office in mangalore, they said that sim is not able to activate again, as reason is unknown. Pls activate this sim urgently as early as possible. Airtel phone no.was 9485967721.
