Mobile services of Airtel

I had applied for changing the prepaid mobile service to postpaid mobile service under plan 99 at Airtel office in srinagar by depositing security amount of Rs 350=(mobile No. being 9906632563) and the services were activated after a week's time but the services are not being given as the post paid services used to have, i.e; neither the roaming facility has been provided nor the per second per paisa is being charged as envisaged in the plan 99, instead they ask for the amount to be first deposited and the service is provided so long such amount is available (just like the prepaid service used to be). I had faced so much incovenience outside the state as the roaming as envisaged in the said plan has also not been activated till date.
