Hi,

There was some problem with my mobile (micro max bling) display unit, I had visited to Devendra Telecom shop on 18-3 which is located at #329 GVS Complex, 10th A Main Road 3rd Block Jayanagar Bangalore - 560011 to get it corrected. They took 1 week of time to find out the the cause and quotation amount to fix it. I asked them to return my mobile as it as with out correcting, when i went to recollect it, they informed me to wait for 1 hour as mobile is at some Gandhibazar service station (micromax), after waiting a hour also, i din get my mobile. After a week I revisited the shop to collect it, when i recieved it, miror of the mobile was broken into pieces. Shop guys told me within 2 or 3 days they will replace it and return it. After a week, I called them to ask about the status, still my mobile was not ready, they are telling some stories. They took 2 weeks of time to identify the mirror stock is not there at the company.

I request you to, Please do not visit to this DEVENDRA TELECOM shop ever.
