Hello sir,

am a resident of kphb hyderabad, ap .doing post graduation in general surgery at blore, karnataka. am an exsisting airtel postpaid costumer 9908008080 since 4 years.i recieved a call from airtel asking me to take add on card for free of cost and the bill would be reflected in the same existing number bill, i asked for a fancy number 8008889898 for which they have collected 1500 rupees.i was given the sim, then they insisted me for documents which i have given to them. they have called me for adress verification as i am studying outside i was not available.i said the same to them they have blocked the number permanently.my question why did they instist me to take number and block it on their own i feel cheated .airtel please give back my number
