Mobile charges unexpected billing

Dear sir,

I have billing issue with Mobile company.

Misused mobile - Call charges issue.

When I was in Spain, loosed hand baggage and mobile also at Spain airport. We could launch police complaint and took flight to Germany. [ I have submitted police complaint copy to mob.co.].

By the time we reached to Germany, my mobile was used for international calls. After reaching to Germany airport deactivated sim card but during the time my mobile was misused for international calls.

And, I have received bill of Rs. 26000/- from mob.co. to pay..

My official limit with mobile co. is Rs. 4200/-

But they have mentioned it is nothing to do with the limit & I have to pay full charges.?

Kindly advise if I can refuse to pay rs. 26000/- is beyond my limit and of misused the mobile?
