Salary of two months pending from last one yea

I am the ex-employee of the company. I was working for their V-tel mobile division in Mumbai as Sales executive. I was on the payroll of Prompt Consulatncy located at Malad. I worked for 4 months (Sep'2008 to Dec'2008) in company and then company stopped their operation in Mumbai. I got my first two months salary on time. but later the company stopped paying to Prompt and then they didn't pay us. Due to financial problem DTL stopped their operations in Mumbai and shut down their office located in Mumbai (Bombay Market, Mumbai Central), which is still displayed on website (www.dhanus.net). I had worked so hard for the company and spend my lot of money in travelling and other things. But after so many followups with the Dhanus Technologies and with Prompt consultancy, I haven't received any reply in last one year. Governemnt should immediately stop this fraud company.
