Talktime not given as per plan

I booked their prepaid by paying Rs. 4100 (Rs. 2000 connection charges, Rs. 1000 for lifetime incoming and Rs. 11000 for another talktime) but not getting advertised talktime of Rs. 2000 because it was not activated for Rs. 1 before activation of lifetime scheme. i.e. I will not be getting talktime of Rs. 2000 due to non activation of Rs. 1. Furthermore who did this activation their outlet person not trained by Airtel that how to do activation.
