BSNL
No outgoing

I have a BSNL landline in my home since many years but it always seems out of order. This time i am problem from approx 20 days and i couldn't make any outgoing for last days. I tried to complaint but they call me asking u have a problem i always said yes then they put down the phone and never answered.
