Deduction of various service charges

My mobile no. 9867965572. Very often, the message I receive, reads as

thank you for choosing services and an amt. of rs. 1 per day is deducted from our balance. There is no option to deny, only if service is unwated then asked to send a message. A particular service is provided at the door-step without asking for the same. After stopping the services, the message is received saying charges are debited till nex day? for what reason. The latest message received on 16th Sept. 2011 saying Thank you for choosing Panchtantra and rs. 5 deducted from balance giving 30 minutes of free browsing. This is a harrassment.
