Airtel India / Prepaid Mobile Connection
Poor customer care service!

I have been trying to speak to Customer care Executive of Airtel India (Telephone no 9810198101) Each time the Interactive Voice Response System would lead me to Customer Care after a prolonged interactive session and then there would be complete silence for infinitive time. I repeated the whole exercise at least 15 times today morning as I had to report about a lost mobile phone with AirTel prepaid connection and every time it was frustratingly same. Very very poor show from a company which is otherwise never tired of providing a "good" customer care service!
