Totally unprofessional & unethical way of doing a business

I have taken a Corporate Invidual connection (AES249) during May'06 thro' Airtel agency M/s Mardha telecom, Bangalore by Mr. Saleem & Mr. Asgar. They informed me that there will not be any activiation charges for national roaming (Rs.49). Also they claimed that during national roaming (NR) the incoming call charges will be Rs.1.99 & STD to mobile will be Rs.2.40 & To landline will be Rs.6.00. Based on this inputs, I have taken this connection. But now they are charging Rs.49 for NR & changed all the call charges during NR.

Worst thing is when I call customer service 121, customer care executive refused to give charges for NR in writing. It clearly indicates that Airtel wants to take its customers for ride. It is TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL & UNETHICAL WAY of doing a business.

I was totally annoyed & decided to disconnect their service. My service request no. is 10358856/08-11-06. As per their email, my no. was supposed to have got disconnected by 10.11.06. But even today (13.11.06), it is not done. The customer service executives are not responding correctly.
