Unwanted sms

I am using airtel for the past year only. I used to get unwanted sms which irritate me at any time. I have informed airtel about this and they also registered my complaint and gave me a registration no0704093374 and they also said this take a month time to feed in the system and all their vendors and dealers. Now three month over but the same unwanted sms keep coming to my mobile. I think i need to move thru consumer court only. I think that is only option available to me.
