Disconnection without notification

I am soumitra chatterjee, an private company employee, i am using tata indicom CDMA connection.my mobile no. is 09218598290.

i am using it since June.today evening they disconnect my no. without any information.

when i contact with customaer care they ask me that my ID proof is not verified.

how can they disconnect my no without any intimation? my all contact is with this no., my official contact also is also this no?

how can i contact to any emergency?? they said that 72 hrs to be wait for reconnection... how can i carry on my job without contacts...

please look after the matter... as a customer we should be intimated earlier and time to be given...
