Not receive any sms in my registerded mobile numbe

I recharge may dish tv v.c no 01500827578 but not receive any message in my registerded mobile no-9436481918, i am not stay at home, my family members not understand the recharge opiton properly. so it isvery helpful to send the same message to me. customer care is not helpful and co-operative with me. senior customer care representaive not want to talk with me and they show taht they are always busy.
