Mobile circuit damaged in warranty period

In the month of February I purchased Reliance Mobile No.9373652688 for Rs. 1200/- which worked nicely up to 31-7. All of sudden it stopped working I take it to seller, he told me go to Sangli to Reliance office, then I gone there after inspecting at sangli they are saying the circuit is gone and for that you have to pay 750/-.

As per your Warranty card you have promised to repair or replace the damaged part free of cost. How come at Sangli Reliance Office asking the Rs.750
