Outgoing complaint

I am one of the customer of airtel, and i enjoyed their service past 3 years as an post paid customer. Due to job reasons, i changed post to pre and started the problems right from there. I gave my id proof for new prepaid connection, but after 1 month they asked me produce the same again and i did the same. Then after 15 days they disconnected my out going calls and asked why it is to the dealer and i retained the connection after 2 days. Then again my out going calls are disconnected past 3 days. I approach the dealer r.j.p combines, palakkad, kerala, they told me that they have already send my id to airtel office and no need to produce again. But i did not get the out going connection till date. My dealers are saying that they done their job and don't know what was the problem... Why this? Airtel is an good network provider and i enjoyed their service past 3 years... But why it is... So bad you airtel...
