Defective handset

I purchased LG6600 (LG Shine) handset 25 days ago. It started giving me problems with the keys, I got the keypad changed from the LG service center, but only the next day it began to give me the same problem again. And now when I switch on the phone, only the key pad light glows but the phone doesn’t start. I have been using Reliance services from the past 2.5 years. I’m very frustrated with the quality of handsets reliance is providing. If reliance is taking the money, and if we are paying the money for handsets, why can’t reliance provide good handsets? It seems that reliance doesn’t want to be there in the mobile market for a long time. Reliance... for God's sake stop fooling people.
