Hi

I am also running around the same story and I had applied for a new MTNL connection since 23/05 and still I did not get any response from them regarding the connection when it will be functioning. They promised to me they will provide the connection within a week while it has passed 15 days and now I don't have the connection. I had called on 011-23238383 more than 20 times and no-one ready to pickup the phone.

I think we all should go for consumer court against this Service Provider.
