Non delivery of gas booking

DEAR CONCERNING OFFICE,

My Consumer No. 12318 (Distributor Name Jai Jawan Gas) and I had booked for delivery of gas on 05th of April (8 days before) thru telphone (tel no. of Distrubutor is 011-25343187 /25343457) ;from friday dated 08.04.2010 to till now i had given 10 times reminder but the answer of representative is "sir abhi deliver karvadete hai/just we will deliver the gas ; since last 4 days the same message the says on telephone and they do cut the phone

we are facing problem of gas in home and we had a baby of 10 months so due to her it also too dificult to us the manage the preparation of kitchen and baby food

please co-operate to viod such type of situation
