BSNL Landline No. complain

Respected Sir,

This office is having two landline No. (1) 2400991, (2) 2408501and it service are through Krishna Nagar telephone Exchange since last one month this office is facing regular problems like dead lines, earthing in line, disturbance during active line. several times complaints against the problem of the above No. have been launched on 198 but no response. The problem is still received.

Kindly look into the matter please and refer this problem to our nearest exchange Krishna Nagar for only rectification of all features & provide smooth telephone services.
