Automatic activation of health tips service

My name is Seenivasan. Health tips service was automatically activated on my phone number 9036552274. I recieved a message from docomo saying that the service was successfully activated. and RS 30 will be deducted from my account. When I try to deactivate the service it says you are not subscribed to any service.

I have been trying to call the customer service but there is no response.once they were deducted amount from account . they wont credited again . they are cheating the customer . this incident was happen second time to time.
