Unwanted calls and sms

Hi

my name is dharamsingh tamatta my docomo mobile number is 8097111111 i am receiving unwanted calls and sms from docomo promotion advertisement and for caller tunes i have wrote last month for same and i have call many times to stop all this things always i listen that calls and sms will be stop now but on last sunday at morning 9.30 call to customer care number after recd one more call i shocked to listen that i have to bear more 72 days what is this is it my mistake that i have gone for docome? i have never subscribe if it is by default you have to stop immidiatly i always work till late n i am receiving calls eary any way early or late i dont want calls sms any more please take this mail very seriously i even not thinking to say thanks or regards
